The goal is simple

to help you understand your body beyond diets β€” through biology, metabolism, and long-term health science.

PHILOSOPHY

Why Dietisha exists

Dietisha was created to move away from restrictive diets and misinformation, and toward a more scientific and sustainable understanding of nutrition.

Instead of short-term fixes, the focus is on:

  • Metabolic function

  • Blood sugar stability

  • Energy regulation

  • Long-term disease prevention

Hello!

Background and expertise

My foundation in Nutrition Sciences, combined with continued education in public health and science literacy, shapes a critical and evidence-based approach to health.

Dietisha integrates:

  • Nutrition science

  • Metabolic health research

  • Epigenetic principles

  • Lifestyle and behavior science

A structured transformation program based on metabolic and lifestyle optimization.

My approach

I don’t believe in restrictive diets or short-term solutions.

Instead, I help people build sustainable habits that improve metabolic health while still enjoying food and lifestyle balance.

This approach is reflected across all Dietisha content in:

πŸ‘‰ Nutrition articles and guides

Working across different countries has shaped my approach to nutrition:

health is not universal, it must be adapted to culture, environment, and lifestyle

Global perspective

Originally trained in Mexico City, I later expanded my work internationally, practicing and developing epigenetics-informed nutrition strategies in Spain while continuing to support clients there.

After living in Toronto and working across diverse health and cultural environments, I am now based in New York, working with clients internationally through Dietisha.
